Deanna Nott · Founder and Managing Director
I’ve spent more than 30 years in journalism and communication. I started Wings in 2016 after senior roles in the Department of Defence and local government, including head of media and communication at Logan City Council.
I’ve served in the Royal Australian Air Force Reserve since 1994 and I’m a Wing Commander and Public Affairs Officer. I chair the Gold Coast Waterways Authority and I’m National Vice President of the Air Force Association. I’m also a Fellow of the Public Relations Institute of Australia.
What I love most is helping good people and good causes be heard, whether that’s a defence technology company, a medical researcher or a charity looking after veterans’ families.
